Terms and conditions 


These terms and conditions are set forth obligations to both children and parents attending Sporting Champs’ after school club’s. 


General commitments:

. We aim to provide a high quality service which meets the needs of both parents/carers and children.

. parent/guardian gives consent for a licensed Sporting Champs first-aider to administer emergency first aid and see professional medical help where necessary 

. Children maintaining the highest standard of conduct is required at all times. Using offensive language, physical violence or threats is strictly prohibited. Rules and instructions of Sporting champs’ staff must be followed at all times. 

. The directors reserve the right at their discretion to withdraw any child whose behavior or influence are deemed unacceptable. If this occurs, no reduction or return of fee, or any part thereof will be made. 

.We do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury or loss of or damage to property other than to the extent that it results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

. All children must be booked into Sporting champs to attend.

First aid policy: If parent’s would like Sporting Champs staff to administer medication you have to give written consent on the medical notes.

Complaints policy:

Complaints can be made in person which will be logged and stored or sent to- sportingchampsuk@gmail.com

We aim to address all complaints within 72 hours of receipt of the complaint. Any parent or carter can submit a complaint to Ofsted- enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk

Cancellation policy:

. If a Sporting Champs attendee and parent cancels or amends their booked session by contacting us three days in advance you will receive credit to use for another day. 

. If a sporting Champs session has to be cancelled as a result of unforeseen circumstances, Sporting Champs are unable to issue refunds. 


Late collection policy:

. we understand on occasions parents may be delayed collecting their children due to unforeseen circumstances at the end time of a scheduled session. We ask parents to call the club to let them know they are running late in advance and give an estimated time of arrival. Parents are asked to make every attempt to arrange an alternative collector. 

. Parents/carers will be given a 5 minute grace period to which it will then be a £5 late fee and an additional £1 every minute there after. 


Late booking policy 

. Parents/carers will have until 2pm on the day of the club to book your child on. If you book on later than 2pm there will be a £5 charge. 

late fee payment

. All late fee payments should be paid within 7 days. If payment is not made within 7 days, a late payment fee of £5 will be added and your child will not be able to attend sporting champs until payment has been made.
